Welcome at NDNC 09
Messen NDNC 2009 in Michigan

02.06.2009 - 12:44 iplas Innovative Plasma Systems GmbH is pleased to invite you to visit its booth at the Conference and Exhibition of NDNC, which is focused on industrial applications of New Diamond and Nano Carbons. We are looking forward to seeing you in Traverse City, USA on June 8 through June 11, 2009.

The NDNC will present high-impact scientific and technological advances, along with critical developments to enable the application of diamond, carbon nanostructures and related materials in a diverse range of products.

iplas Innovative Plasma Systems GmbH exhibits at the conference from June 8 to 10.

Dr. Ralf Spitzl will be pleased to inform you at our booth about the CYRANNUS® plasma sources. Based on it’s world-wide patented CYRANNUS® plasma sources for medium to atmospheric pressure iplas enables with the scale-up to 16” at 915MHz large area diamond deposition with more than 300mm diameter! A new model at 5.8GHz is now available as complete PECVD system as well as source only.
iplas develops, engineers and designs microwave plasma sources just as well for other various surface processes as etching, activation and plasma chemistry.

For diamond deposition in the lab iplas offers the cost-efficient, compact and modular CYRANNUS® Lab Unit with a CYRANNUS® I – 6” plasma source at 2.45 GHz.

Take the opportunity to be informed about all features of the CYRANNUS® plasma sources and its components you are interested in.

We are happy to provide you with more detailed information. Please do not hesitate to contact us to schedule an appointment either by email (info@cyrannus.com) or by phone 0049(0)2241932680.
