iplas Innovative Plasma Systems GmbH is pleased to invite you to the Maritim Hotel Berlin, centrally located at the Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, Germany – location for DIAMOND 2007 from 9-14 September.

DIAMOND Conference 2007

In 2007, the programme will cover all scientific and technological aspects of vapour grown diamond, natural and synthetic diamond even as related materials. There will be an increased emphasis on carbon nanotubes too.

A tabletop exhibition from September 9 –14 is beside the conference. Dr. Ralf Spitzl and Dipl. phys. Nicolas Wöhrl will be pleased to inform you at their booth about the CYRANNUS plasma sources and the new and unique 16" plasmasystem at 915MHz. This plasma source has the ability to powder diamond coatings over 300mm wafers.

Dr. Ralf Spitzl and Mr. Nicolas Wöhrl are looking forward to present the latest development in CYRANNUS® plasma technology:

the CYRANNUS® I – 16” plasma source at 915 MHz for large area diamond coatings at first quality up to 300mm diameter (polycrystalline, nanocrystalline, singlecrystalline or carbon nano tubes).

For diamond deposition in the lab iplas offers the cost-efficient, compact and modular CYRANNUS® Lab Unit with a CYRANNUS® I – 6” plasma source at 2.45 GHz .

Take the opportunity to be informed about all features of the CYRANNUS® plasma sources and its components you are interested in.
